Cement Blending Bulk Plant
Our fully automatic vacuum bulk plant promotes a cleaner environment while facilitating rapid blend transfers between silos. Equipped with advanced dry blending capabilities and substantial cement storage capacity, this facility features scale and blend tanks, with pneumatically controlled valves monitored by a PLC controller to significantly reduce blending times. A dedicated bulk plant team offers 24-hour assistance for unplanned rig requests.

Fully equipped and staffed 24/7, our laboratory offers extensive support developing, testing and verifying cement and spacer recipes in compliance with applicable API standards, as well as customer-prescribed testing procedures and calibration requirements. Designs include Light Weight, Heavy Weight, Thixotropic, Thermal, Gas-Tight, Self-Healing, Squeeze, and Foam Cement.
Pressure Test Bay Designed for Safety & Efficiency
Housed within a secure environment, our Pressure Test Bay ensures maximum safety by separating controls from high-pressure components. Equipped with dual air-driven pumps, it maintains a max working pressure of 25,500 psi. The Resato Computer Recorder (RCR) accurately logs data, generating comprehensive graphs and reports for efficient analysis and record-keeping.
