For reporting violations of Superior's Code of Business Ethics and Conduct
Honesty, fair dealing and ethical business practices are key elements to the success of Superior Energy Services, Inc. and its subsidiaries. A few examples of the types of behaviors that violate the Company's Code of Business Ethics and Conduct follow:
- Non-compliance with laws and business ethics
- Conflicts of interest (sale, loan or gift of Company property, etc.)
- Irregular activities (embezzlement, bribes, kickbacks, falsification of company records, etc.)
- Disclosing of confidential company information before it has been released to the public

For reporting questionable accounting practices
If an employee of the Company has a reasonable basis to believe that the Company has engaged in, or proposes to engage in, a questionable accounting practice or is aware of any other event or circumstance which could distort the Company's financial reports, he or she may notify the Audit Committee on a confidential or anonymous basis through any of these methods:

For reporting cases of discrimination or harassment
Superior believes that every employee has the right to work in an environment totally free of harassment and discriminating conduct, joking or epithets including unfair or degrading actions relating to: gender; sex orientation; race; age; pregnancy; religion; slander; invasion of privacy; and any other actions you feel may violate the law or the policies of the Company.
Report unwelcome behavior to your supervisor, a member of our HR staff or any member of management immediately. If you do not feel comfortable reporting a complaint of harassment or discrimination internally, call the following employee hotline without risk of retaliation for your coming forward. All matters will be treated as strictly confidential, and may also be reported on an anonymous basis. It shall be a violation of the Code to intimidate or punish anyone as a result of any reporting of suspected violations. Retaliatory action against any employee who submits a report pursuant hereto is strictly prohibited.
